United Storage was founded in 1992 by Bill Duthie owner of Duthie Painting Co. Originally purchasing a 3,000 square foot former United Parcel Service (UPS) terminal for his business, he thought the space would be more useful if other members and businesses in the community could use the space, as well. We've now expanded to 15 buildings at the Ridge Road location in Lansing, NY (totaling 76000 square feet) with a second location on location on Verizon Lane that has four additional storage buildings, as well as ample workspace for contractors and new businesses.

We've been the go-to storage space for many customers over the past 18 years, including members of the Lansing community, businesses, students from Ithaca College and Cornell University and many more.  United Storage is the best option for self storage in Ithaca and Lansing.
